Access Healthcare Recruiting specializes in leadership roles within the long term care industry. We are partnering with a prestigious and well-respected hospice provider for a Regional Director of Centralized Admissions and Intake.
This position is open due to a series of recent promotions which have created a rare and exciting opportunity.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in CA
- Minimum of 1 year of hospice experience AND two years of nursing experience
- Willingness and ability to drive - valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle
Responsibilities:
- All admissions and intake operations for multiple locations throughout the region with a combined average daily census of between 800-900 hospice patients
- Directly oversee the admissions nursing team and intake manager
- Indirectly oversee the intake team who reports up through the intake manager.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Experience:
- nursing (RN): 2 years (Required)
- hospice admissions: 1 year (Preferred)
- dedicated hospice (with a hospice company): 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
