Overview
We are seeking a dedicated TikTok Shop Picking Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment within our TikTok Shop operations. Your attention to detail and efficiency will ensure that customer orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately, supporting our commitment to excellent service. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, familiarity with various material handling equipment, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick items for customer orders using barcode scanning and inventory management systems
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and effectively
- Pack products securely according to specified packaging guidelines to prevent damage during transit
- Load and unload shipments using appropriate material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and updates in warehouse management systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Perform quality control checks on picked items to verify accuracy before dispatch
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including labeling, barcode scanning, and documentation
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas and replenishing stock as needed
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize order fulfillment workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory management practices
- Experience in order picking, packing, shipping & receiving, and materials handling
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse operations
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and order calculations
- Previous warehouse supervisor or team lead experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment processes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
