About the Opportunity
We're looking for highly motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals to join our growing AT&T Business Sales team. As a 1099 B2B Outside Sales Executive, you'll represent one of the nation's most recognized telecommunications brands, helping small and medium-sized businesses improve connectivity, communications, and mobility with AT&T Business solutions.

What You'll Do
- Prospect new business customers through Business-to-Business canvassing, cold calling, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Identify businesses that can benefit from AT&T Business Fiber, Business Internet Air, Wireless, Mobility, Business Voice, and other connectivity solutions.
- Conduct professional needs assessments and present customized business solutions.
- Generate quotes, prepare proposals, and close new customer agreements.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and sales management tools.
- Follow up with prospects and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Develop relationships with business owners, office managers, property managers, commercial real estate professionals, and local organizations.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals.
Qualifications
- Previous B2B outside sales experience.
- Telecommunications, fiber internet, wireless, cable, managed services, SaaS, technology, or merchant services sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable prospecting and generating your own leads.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Smartphone and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based (1099 Independent Contractor)
