What You’ll Do
As a CTS Welder, you’ll:
· Study blueprints, sketches, or specifications.
· Operate manual or semiautomatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments.
· Calculate the dimensions of parts to be welded.
· Read, understand, and interpret two- and three-dimensional diagrams to fit metal products correctly.
· Inspect structures or materials to be welded.
· Perform all other welder duties and maintain clean and orderly work area.
What We’re Looking For:
· Must have welding experience in one of the following area: TIG / MIG / Stick
· 6G welding certification required.
· Expect to be able to work independently and with others depending on scope of work.
· Ability to communicate effectively with team and other field employees.
· Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the electrical trade.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Committed to being drug free.
