Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare fresh dough, sauces, and ingredients for daily operations.
- Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and maintain a clean dish area.
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and stocking ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, prep areas, and storage spaces.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed.
- Support fellow team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service.
- Perform opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
- Maintain a positive attitude while providing excellent teamwork and customer support.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to learn multiple kitchen stations and adapt to operational needs.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high workplace standards.
Work Requirements
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
