Sterling Care, a trusted Homemaker and Companion agency in Greenwich, CT, is seeking dedicated CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our team for Day Shifts. Ideal candidates should be available for weekdays, and weekends are strongly preferred. Shifts generally range from 6 to 12 hours.

Pay:
- Weekday Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Weekend Pay: $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Overview:
- CNA/ HHA/ PCA License and or Training Certification with 6 months to 1 year full- time equivalent experience as a CNA/ HHA or PCA required.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, assisting with meals and transfers.
- Provide companionship and socialization.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Light housekeeping services, including laundry.
- Accompany clients to appointments and activities.
- Provide ambulation and transferring assistance as needed.
Job description:
- Must be at least 18+ years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work within the United States.
- Reliable transportation to work is required.
- Alzheimer's/Dementia experience a plus.
- Driver’s License required.
- You must have a reliable car to get to and from the client’s home.
- Candidates must pass background checks and drug screening.
- Must be able to commute to and from Greenwich, CT & Stamford, CT.
