Location: Pomona, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 Per hour based on experience
Term: 6-month contract with possible extensions or permanency based on performance
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent / 2+ years of previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.

Position Overview:
BEPC is actively seeking an Assembler to join a leading manufacturing team in Pomona, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly or manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to established manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
- Operate production equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify product or equipment issues and promptly report concerns to the Line Lead or Supervisor.
- Assist with equipment setup and cleanup as needed.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Understand product quality requirements and recognize potential product defects.
- Comply with company policies and quality standards.
- Support the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new manufacturing processes.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of quality systems and inspection procedures.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the workday.
- Frequent pushing and pulling of products during production.
- Occasional bending, stooping, and movement of completed products.
- Ability to assist with cleaning manufacturing equipment.
- No heavy lifting required.
- Comfortable wearing closed-toe shoes throughout the shift.
