Position Title : Sales Representative
■ Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day customer accounts and contract execution
- Validate forecasts and align with production and supply planning
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate SAP records
- Track production, shipments, and delivery performance
- Coordinate logistics and ensure proper documentation
- Issue invoices, manage customer portals, and follow up on payments
- Resolve order, delivery, and billing issues
- Monitor KPIs (forecast accuracy, OTIF, AR aging) and drive improvements
■ Qualifications :
- 2–5 years in account management, customer service, or supply chain
- SAP experience and strong Excel skills
- Familiarity with e-invoicing platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) is a plus
- Strong business communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Korean language skills are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
