Join our growing team as a Dog Bather/Receptionist! We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who loves dogs and enjoys providing outstanding customer service. This position combines hands-on pet care with front desk responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy in a fast-paced environment. Compensation

Responsibilities
- Bathe, brush, dry, and prepare dogs for grooming appointments
- Trim nails, clean ears, express anal glands (if trained), and perform other bathing services
- Safely handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bathing and grooming area
- Clean and disinfect kennels, tubs, grooming equipment, and workstations
- Assist groomers with safely handling pets when needed
- Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and client inquiries
- Schedule appointments using grooming software
- Check pets in and out while verifying services and client information
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate professionally with clients
- Assist with laundry, facility cleaning, and other daily operational tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with dogs is preferred but not required (bathing, daycare, kennel, veterinary, or grooming experience is a plus)
- Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Must be comfortable getting wet, hairy, and working around barking dogs
