Senior Family Law Associate | Houston (Montrose Office)
Are you a seasoned Family Law Attorney ready to take ownership of complex cases and help raise the bar for a growing team? Join Ramos Law Group, PLLC at our main office in the Montrose area of Houston.
This is a Senior Associate role for an experienced attorney who can carry a full caseload independently, mentor newer associates, and consistently deliver outstanding results. You will handle family law and divorce matters from intake through trial, with the autonomy and judgment that come with a decade or more of courtroom and drafting experience.
At Ramos Law Group, your work goes beyond legal excellence. Clients come to us during some of the hardest moments of their lives, and our job is to guide them toward a hopeful, post-litigation future. Our approach is empathetic, patient, and forward-looking. We focus on positive progress for the client rather than adding stress over any single outcome.
Is it time for a new professional chapter? Consider joining our team.

- Resume
- Cover letter detailing your family law experience and your salary requirements
- A short 1 to 2 minute video answering one question: tell us about a time you went above and beyond for a client

If you have had a case with us or have met Mary E. Ramos in the past, mention it in your cover letter so we can move your resume to the top of the review list.
