Maintenance Technician/Handy Man: 8-5 M-F with 100% paid medical benefits

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and creating a safe, welcoming environment for residents. Woodward is a growing, dynamic property management company with plenty of opportunities for growth.
What You'll Do:
- Respond quickly to maintenance service requests (within 24–48 hours)
- Make vacant units “move-in ready” in just 5-7 days
- Perform daily property inspections to ensure everything looks and functions great
- Handle preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
- Tackle emergency repairs as needed (on-call rotation)
- Work directly with vendors or handle repairs yourself
What You’ll Need:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and complete physically demanding tasks
- Basic HVAC knowledge and EPA Certification
- CPO license
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Must pass background and drug screening
