As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and a positive team environment. You’ll work alongside like-minded peers and support the Store Manager in driving team success, maximizing efficiency, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Lead & Motivate – Support the Store Manager in fostering a positive, high-energy team culture that encourages growth and collaboration.

Train & Develop – Ensure team members are properly trained and continuously improving.

Deliver Excellence – Provide outstanding customer service and create an experience that keeps guests coming back.

Drive Performance – Monitor store operations and support sales growth through coaching and teamwork.

Ensure Safety & Compliance – Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment while enforcing company policies and procedures.

Operational Support – Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and overall business performance.
