Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales / Tractor Salesperson to join our team. This role focuses on helping customers—both walk-in and phone-in—find the right compact tractors, utility equipment, turf equipment and attachments to fit their needs. You’ll be part of a professional, customer-focused environment where performance and product knowledge are rewarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in person, online, and by phone to assess equipment needs and recommend solutions.
- Provide product information, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.
- Prepare detailed quotes and follow up with prospects to close sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Support showroom merchandising and assist outside sales efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, equipment, agriculture, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of tractors or implements a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
