Prioritize safety on every job site, following all company protocols and guidelines.

Install and maintain landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.

Perform essential gardening tasks such as seeding, pruning, and basic plant health care.

Operate and maintain landscape equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently.

Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and maintain effective communication.

Keep job sites clean, organized, and well-managed throughout each project.

Complete daily assignments with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

Physically fit and able to perform demanding outdoor labor in various weather conditions.

Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Willingness to learn new skills and follow industry-standard procedures.

1+ years of relevant or transferable experience preferred, but not requiredtraining provided for motivated candidates.

Additional skills such as landscape design, blueprint reading, masonry, heavy equipment operation, trailering, or holding a CDL/Pesticide Applicators license are a plus.

$20 $26 per hour, depending on experience. Weekly paychecks and overtime opportunities available.
