Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Manager role based in Jasper, IN. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations, including inventory management, stock control, and optimizing workflow within the warehouse to ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities include managing a team, coordinating shipping and receiving, maintaining organization, and ensuring safety standards are met. Additional duties may include operating equipment such as forklifts and working with the operations team to meet productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Management processes
- Skills in Operations Management and team leadership
- Experience and certification in Forklift Operation
- Familiarity with Inventory Control systems and techniques
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in warehouse software or technology is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
