What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical and Telehealth setting, focusing on oncology patients and those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring
- Manage assessments, medication administration, and IV therapy including port access and PICC line management
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, including dysrhythmias, and arterial line management
- Assist with the insertion and removal of chest tubes, high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC), and other equipment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure infection prevention protocols and patient safety standards are followed
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health record system
What You Need:
- Ohio RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting
- Current BCLS certification
- Strong skills in dysrhythmia interpretation, IV start, and line management
- Able to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity
- Previous travel experience and EPIC EMR experience preferred
