Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, both in-person and over the phone.
Manage the restaurant's reservation system, ensuring accurate bookings and optimal seating arrangements.
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, manage waitlists, and guide them to their table
Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality, addressing guest concerns and requests with poise and efficiency.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure a smooth flow of service throughout the dining room.
Learn who are regular guests of Via Real in order to recognize and establish a relationship.
Receive and record patrons' dining reservations using Tock Reservation Platform. Including details to provide a personalized dining experience.
Become familiar with local corporations who frequent Via Real.
Operate POS to accept payments for food and beverages.
Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
Inspect restrooms for cleanliness and availability of supplies, and clean restrooms when necessary.
Take and prepare to-go orders.
Assist other restaurant workers by serving food and beverages, or by bussing tables.
