Structural Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Structural Engineering required
- 4+ Years of Structural Engineering - Parking Structures, Mixed-Use Developments, Concrete/Steel Design experience required
- 1+ Years of Preconstruction Project Management experience (Commercial buildings/Multi Level Parking Structures, etc.) required
- Experience with structural analysis required
- PE License preferred

Preconstruction Structural Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing structural engineering projects from setup through design and construction for parking structures and mixed-use developments
- Responsibilities include overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating teams and subconsultants, and ensuring projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget
- Additional duties include supporting structural design, reviewing calculations, developing concrete and steel systems, managing timelines, and assisting with proposals, contracts, budgeting, and structural assessments
- Remain deadline and detail-oriented
- Collaborate with the team and management
