Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of all salon areas, including kennels, grooming stations, waiting areas, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with pet handling and restraint during grooming to ensure safety for animals and staff.
- Support pet grooming activities by preparing tools, cleaning grooming stations, and ensuring supplies are organized and sanitized.
- Manage heavy lifting tasks such as moving pet supplies, bedding, or equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, sanitation procedures, and animal handling activities.
Qualifications
- Prior kennel experience or animal handling experience preferred; familiarity with pet grooming is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and comfortably for extended periods.
