Congruency Therapy & Wellness is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist who is:

Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current NC State PT License
- CEU requirements up to date
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- Desire to be the best Human/PT you can possibly be
Roles and Responsibilities:
Clinical
- Evaluate and treat patients
- Provide long term efficiency/maintenance treatments
- Ongoing patient education regarding progress/prognosis
- Communicate with referral partners as needed regarding care
- Opportunities to train/mentor new hire PTs
- Assist in referring out for appropriate progression of care
Administrative
- Document all patient visits
- Communicate with patients between treatment sessions regarding scheduling and patient care/education
- Attend and actively participate in all staff meetings
- Document and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Assist in setting monthly, quarterly, & yearly goals for Congruency and Self
- Maintain treatment and office spaces
- Maintain active state license, CEUs, and CPR/AED
Marketing
- Provide free visits for potential referral partners as needed
- Occasional phone conversations with warm leads
- Contribute to monthly content creation
- Lead seminars/workshops/clinics/injury screening events
- Timely email/text communication with patients/past patients
