Turn on and operate the 4 CNC machines that we currently have:
- Flex CNC
- 1026 Milltronics Lathe
- 2 Milltronics Milling Machines
- Haas VF 7/50
- conversational and M code programming
- BobCAD-CAM machining software
- Clock into JobBoss for accurate time tracking on jobs.
These are the 5 main CNC machines used for fabricating our large carbon steel parts for the Sugar Beet industry.
This will require finding the current programs from within the database listed by part number, on each machine and follow the set up and logic of the tool path.
Be able to adjust, right programs to machining new parts, adjust current programs for modified parts.
Be able to set up the hold down clamps and jigs for each part being made.
Be able to log in and run accurate time tracking on that part order.
Be able to sharpen your tooling or know when to change out the carbides to stay within part quality specifications.
Keep a clean safe work area.
Able to work independently, and take initiative to get jobs done in a timely fashion.
Work with other coworkers during heavy part demand times or work load changes.

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
