This role involves supporting the market and project teams in the areas of project engineering, management, controls, market strategic planning and engagement in the ongoing focus of education and development of our team members. The ideal candidate is passionate, process focused and has strong technical expertise in the field of construction.
Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to optimize construction methodologies and improve efficiency.

Assist the project teams during preconstruction and project closeout.

Assist project teams to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges.

Engage with project teams and contract managers to resolve issues.

Provide oversight of market and project performance indicators.

Support the project teams with schedule analysis and periodic reviews.

Engage with project teams and business manager during financial reviews and cost controls.

Manage market standard operating procedure.

Develop and implement Project Controls best practices, processes, and procedures to enhance project delivery and continuous improvement.

Engage in market strategic planning and operation updates.
Qualifications/Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

At least 10 years of relevant construction experience in project engineering.

Strong knowledge in project controls, cost management and contracts.

Experience in scheduling and delay / mitigation analysis.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Occasional travel to projects across the region or market.
