Every Little Something is seeking a Retail Sales Associates to join our Leesburg team. We need a person who can be a reliable employee. We have a need for weekend shifts - Saturday and Sunday a must, and possible Fridays and other fill-in opportunities. Prior retail experience is required, and consistency and reliability is a must.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of custom service and a desire to support all aspects of a growing retail operation - from front-of-house service to inventory management and e-commerce fulfillment. This is a multi-faceted role with the potential to develop durable and highly sought after skills in a brick-and-mortar and digital environment. Shopify experience is a plus.
We have a second location in Middleburg, Virginia that has been open since 2024.
Qualifications:
- Availability through December 31, 2026 at minimum.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a must
- Shopify experience preferred, Apple iOS experience a must
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Interest in fine stationery and gifting
- Capable of managing online orders, packaging and labeling.
- Ability to lift boxes, with the average weight being under 10 pounds.
- Inventory management
- Weekend and holiday availability essential.
About Every Little Something
The Shop by Every Little Something is a curated fine gifts and paper shop specializing in tangible goods, distinctive stationery, and thoughtfully selected pieces for the home, office, and everyday life. Founded in 2014, Every Little Something now operates two retail locations in historic Middleburg and Leesburg, Virginia, both within an hour of Washington, D.C.
The Shop features exclusive creations by artist and designer Nicole Catherine, a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), whose training in graphic design and color theory informs the brand’s distinctive aesthetic. Offerings include custom wedding invitations, personal stationery, journals, children’s writing and activity books, fine pens, gifts, and home and office décor.
