Experienced carpenter needed for remodeling work.
This means making a perfect fit with the existing room. Good painting and finish carpentry skills needed to finish up a job. Problem solving skills are needed and the ability to improvise and go with the flow is a requirement in remodeling. Having quality work done within timeline given is also a must.
While we do need our carpenter to be able to do framing, drywall and paint, we especially need our finish carpenters to have the skillset to do or learn all forms of finish carpentry such as custom woodwork, tile, flooring of all kinds, staining, installing all kinds of cabinetry, doors, etc. Highly experienced in drywall is a must. Highly experienced in flooring is a must.
Must have leadership skills to teach apprentice laborers how to become carpenters in their own right.
A minimum of 10 years experience necessary.
Pay based upon experience, possible company truck, paid gas. Must have valid drivers license. Having your own tools to start is highly recommended. After 90 days a basic set of own tools are required. Good artisanship is a requirement.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
