Honeycomb Development Co., a sales and development firm, is growing its charity outreach team in Houston and needs Brand Ambassadors to serve as ambassadors for our charitable initiatives. Through sales efforts, the Brand Ambassador assists our charity work to inspire our Houston clients to believe in their own power.
As a Brand Ambassador, your training is through doing. You'll shadow experienced teammates, promote our charity's mission, and note what works. Then you'll assist with sales events and gradually take on more responsibility. From there, the Brand Ambassador coordinates sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and leads. Just you, your skills, and a mission that matters. Every Brand Ambassador gains hands-on exposure to marketing campaigns while helping expand community engagement and charitable support.
Responsibilities of the Brand Ambassador
- Promote charitable programs in person by educating clients about community-focused initiatives and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing activities that increase visibility for nonprofit organizations and strengthen community support efforts.
- Drive engagement through sales conversations that highlight the value and purpose of charitable contributions.
- Foster trust with our clients by sharing compelling information about charitable missions, outcomes, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotions and marketing initiatives that expand donor outreach and contribute to fundraising objectives.
- Gather sales insights, marketing feedback, and campaign data to enhance future promotional efforts and improve sales engagement.
- Support marketing objectives by helping strengthen awareness of charitable programs throughout the community.
- Work alongside fellow Brand Ambassador team members to support outreach, marketing efforts, and campaign goals.
Qualifications of the Brand Ambassador
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Passion for sales, marketing, or brand promotions is a plus; no prior experience required.
- Interest in developing skills related to fundraising, marketing, promotions, and sales engagement.
- Ability to balance relationship-building with campaign awareness, marketing initiatives, and promotions.
- Strong communication skills and an interest in learning marketing and outreach strategies.
- Motivated to grow professionally as a Brand Ambassador while contributing to marketing and fundraising success.
Pay: $600.00 - $875.00 per week
