Press Brake Operator / CNC Press Brake Operator
We are currently hiring an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Brake Press Operator with experience in metal fabrication, blueprint reading, and CNC press brake machine operation.

Press Brake Operator Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines
- Perform accurate bending and forming of metal parts using a press brake
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and templates
- Work with tight tolerances and precision measurements
- Plan sequence of operations for efficient production
- Select proper dies, tooling, and methods for various press brake operations
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Assist with additional manufacturing and production duties as needed
Qualifications for the Press Brake Operator Position:
- Prior experience as a Press Brake Operator, Brake Press Operator, or CNC Machine Operator required
- Experience in metal fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing preferred
- Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to assist in other areas of production when needed
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Preferred Experience:
- CNC Press Brake experience
- Manufacturing and fabrication experience
- Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
- Sheet metal and fabrication shop experience
