Under general supervision, evaluates and processes basic warranty claims and product registrations. Supports customers and homeowners by phone and e-mail.
- Provides customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration.

Reviews less complex warranty claims independently.

Refers more complex situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation.

Able to meet SLA requirements.
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires a working knowledge of products and parts. Must have developing knowledge of warranty review processes. Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications.
