Earn More. Work Better Hours. Leave the Restaurant Industry Behind.
Have you built a career managing busy restaurants, leading teams, handling customer concerns, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service?
What if you could use those same skills to earn more money, work better hours, and leave the stress of restaurant management behind?
We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor (Service Advisor) in our growing automotive service business. No automotive experience is required—we can teach the technical side of the industry. What we're looking for are professionals who already excel at customer service, leadership, sales, relationship-building, phone communication, and working efficiently with Windows-based computer applications.
Why Restaurant Managers Love This Career Change:
Higher Earning Potential
- Top performers often earn significantly more than restaurant managers.
- Competitive base pay plus performance bonuses.
- Your customer service and sales experience directly impacts your income.
No Employee Management
- No hiring.
- No scheduling.
- No call-offs.
- No employee drama.
- Focus on helping customers instead of managing a large staff.
Better Work-Life Balance
- Closed Mon-Fri 6pm, Sat 4pm.
- Closed Sundays.
- Closed for 6 holidays each year.
- Spend evenings and weekends with family and friends.
Fewer Customers, Better Relationships
- Restaurants often serve hundreds of guests every day.
- We typically help only 20–30 customers per day.
- More time to build trust and provide outstanding service.
Stable Career Growth
- Essential industry with year-round demand.
- Professional work environment.
- Opportunity for advancement and long-term career growth.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and understand their needs.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and confidently.
- Explain vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations.
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate repairs with our technicians.
- Use Windows-based computer systems to manage customer information, estimates, and service recommendations.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Restaurant management, hospitality, retail management, or customer service leadership experience.
- Proven customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sales and communication abilities.
- Excellent phone skills and confidence handling customer conversations.
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success adapting to new challenges and learning quickly.
If you're a restaurant manager who is ready to earn more, work better hours, and enjoy a career with less stress and more opportunity, we'd love to talk with you.
I especially like changing the last bullet to "Demonstrated success adapting to new challenges and learning quickly" because it attracts proven performers rather than people who simply want to learn.
