Compensation:
$100,000 - $130,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Attorney, you will play a central role in both case strategy and client outcomes, including:

Serving as lead counsel on complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and property division

Acting as a primary advisor and advocate for clients during high-stakes, emotionally charged situations

Developing and executing a case strategy from inception through resolution
-
Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and related legal documents

Conducting legal research and providing high-level legal analysis
-
Handling hearings, negotiations, mediations, and court appearances
-
Collaborating with firm leadership and support staff to ensure excellence in representation
-
Mentoring and supporting attorneys and staff as appropriate
-
Upholding the firm’s commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client-centered advocacy
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
-
Active license and good standing with the State Bar
-
10+ years of legal experience, with a strong preference for family law
-
Deep understanding of family law procedure, strategy, and courtroom advocacy
-
Proven ability to manage complex cases independently

Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
-
Confident, empathetic communicator with clients, colleagues, and the court
-
Strong professional judgment and ability to lead with composure and clarity

Commitment to high standards of client service and ethical practice
