We’re looking for a Front Counter Assistant who wants to be part of something better.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
You’ll be the first impression of our shop and a key part of keeping everything running smoothly.
- Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional experience
- Answer phones and direct calls efficiently
- Assist with check-ins and basic vehicle/customer info
- Support Service Advisors with Repair Orders in Tekmetric
- Help keep the front counter clean, organized, and calm
- Coordinate rides, pickups, and client needs
- Assist with appointment confirmations and follow-ups
- Help track vehicles and maintain shop flow
