We’re looking for an experienced sneaker cleaning technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, pays close attention to detail, and wants to help build something much bigger than a typical job.
This is an opportunity to join Solehue during an exciting stage of growth as we establish our flagship Footwear Preservation House in Los Angeles.
What You’ll Do
- Perform premium sneaker and footwear preservation services
- Evaluate footwear materials and determine proper treatment methods
- Clean leather, suede, nubuck, canvas, mesh, rubber, and specialty materials safely
- Identify stains, damage, and service limitations before beginning work
- Maintain exceptional quality standards on every order
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and professional
- Meet turnaround goals without sacrificing craftsmanship
- Assist in developing and improving production systems
- Help mentor future technicians as the company grows
