Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part Time Master's Level Group Facilitator for Saturdays to join our team.
As a Group Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading therapeutic sessions and providing support to individuals in a group setting. This role requires experience in direct support settings, as well as expertise in counseling and addiction counseling.

Duties
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring that all participants feel heard and respected.
- Develop and implement therapeutic activities that promote personal growth and healing.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage participant engagement and self-reflection.
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
- Maintain accurate documentation of session outcomes and participant progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and case management.
- Stay informed about medical terminology and psychopharmacology to better understand participant needs.
Experience
- Proven experience in group therapy or psychotherapy settings is essential.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, psychopharmacology, and case management practices is highly desirable.
- Experience working with individuals who struggle with addiction and mental health.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
- A background in running behavioral help group therapy sessions.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health practices.
