Tellers will assist customers with their banking needs: (including but not limited to)

Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to customers conducting transactions through the drive-through window.

Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and transfers, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.

Verify customer identity and ensure all transactions comply with security, regulatory, and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements.

Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate records while adhering to established cash handling procedures.

Respond to customer questions regarding accounts, products, services, and bank policies in a professional and helpful manner.

Monitor the drive-through area to ensure efficient traffic flow and minimize customer wait times while maintaining transaction accuracy.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information and protect sensitive financial data at all times.

Contribute to a positive team environment by maintaining a professional appearance, following bank policies, and supporting branch goals.

Build lasting customer relationships by recognizing customers, providing personalized service, and creating a welcoming banking experience that reflects the Bank's commitment to relationship banking.
Skills and Required Qualifications:

High school diploma and cash handling experience
