Pay: $100,000 to $130,000 per year

We are a fast-growing, high-energy criminal defense firm looking for an attorney who can
- Stand up to the government and fight for our clients
- Deliver results while keeping clients informed and confident in their defense
- Advocate in protection order cases to safeguard clients' rights and futures
What You Will Do
- Handle a busy caseload of misdemeanor and felony cases
- Appear regularly in district and superior court
- Draft and argue motions
- Negotiate strategically to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Prepare cases for contested hearings and trial
- Represent clients in protection order proceedings, both defending against and obtaining orders
- Keep clients informed so they always know what is happening in their case

Requirements
- Active Washington State Bar license
- Criminal litigation experience (defense or prosecution)
- Valid Washington driver's license and reliable vehicle for court appearances throughout King County
- Based in King County or willing to be
Compensation and Benefits
- $100,000 to $130,000 per year, based on demonstrated ability, not simply years licensed
