Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a vibrant, compliant, and high-performing workplace. Duties
- Lead comprehensive talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, HR sourcing, and onboarding processes such as employee orientation and training & development programs.
- Develop and implement strategic workforce planning, organization design, and succession planning initiatives to support long-term business growth.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues, conflict management, and fostering open communication channels to maintain a positive environment.
- Oversee performance management systems, employee evaluation procedures, and training programs to enhance staff skills and productivity.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with employment & labor laws such as FMLA and OSHA regulations.
- Ensure HR legal compliance by maintaining policies aligned with employment law in talent management, affirmative action planning, and regulatory standards.
- Utilize HRIS systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in HR department operations.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law in talent management, labor law compliance, and HR legal standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in human capital management strategies including workforce management and organizational design.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, UltiPro, ADP, or similar platforms; experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Lever is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage employees at all levels across diverse teams.
- Project management skills to lead initiatives like change management processes and strategic planning efforts.
- Ability to analyze data using tools like Excel for insights into HR metrics; experience with payroll systems such as Paychex or Kronos is advantageous.
- Administrative experience supporting HR functions including contracts administration, data entry accuracy, and social media management related to employer branding.
