Our customer is searching for a Part-Time Project Manager with relevant experience in IT projects as well as business projects. This is a contract-based opportunity, in-person and located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, coordinate, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants, and ensuring project deliverables align with business goals. The Project Manager will also define project objectives, track progress, and oversee quality control throughout the life cycle of each initiative.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of proven project management experience across IT and business projects.
- Experience delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timeframes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Exposure to working with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- PMP certification is preferred.
