Job Summary
Looking for someone with a strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and desire to learn new skills. This job covers almost all aspects of landscaping except mowing.
Ideal candidate would have previous experience in working outside and/or landscaping. Enjoy physical activity and taking pride in their work.

Responsibilities
- Assist with hardscape design and installation. Preparing bases for patios, moving materials (pavers, stone, sand, gravel etc.). Laying pavers, rock/stone work etc.
- Plant installation using proper techniques. Opportunity for learning about layout, selection, identification and design.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment
- Installing/laying pinestraw and various mulches and rock.
- Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Basic mechanical knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping operations.
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, grounds maintenance equipment, and hardscape machinery safely
- Strong adherence to safety protocols with a focus on accident prevention during outdoor activities
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and working in various weather conditionsThis role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in horticulture, landscaping, and hardscape work while contributing to the beauty of outdoor spaces, pleasing customers all while getting a workout and completing projects you can be proud of!
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
