Honda Vehicle Technician

Duties and responsibilities

Identify mechanical problems, often by using computerized diagnostic equipment

Test parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly

Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined

Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, tune-ups, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires

Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads and wheel bearings
-
Disassemble and reassemble parts
-
Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance are effective
Qualifications
Qualifications to include but not limited to:

Certifications will factor in to pay (flat rate)

Great attitude

Excellent customer service skills

Detailed oriented

Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.

Mechanical skills

Troubleshooting skills

Working well with others in a group setting

Experience:
-
Automotive Repair: 3 years (Preferred)

Automotive technician/mechanic: 3 years (Preferred)

Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
