Full-time preferred; part-time considered. In-office in Brentwood. This role is outbound sales on Spanish-speaking internet leads (home and auto). You will call inbound quote requests, qualify, present options, and work with the agency to close.
Requirements
- Active California Property & Casualty license
- Fluent Spanish, spoken and written
- Able to work on-site in Brentwood
- Outgoing and comfortable on the phone. This is not a desk job for someone who waits for the phone to ring.
- Professional, reliable, and consistent follow-through
Preferred
- Prior Farmers Insurance experience
- Personal-lines quoting (home, auto, and bundles)
Compensation
- $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
- Commission in addition to hourly pay
