Job Description
Warrior Protective, Inc. is seeking a motivated and dynamic sales development representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, prospecting, order entry, and assisting the sales team to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inside sales, with a focus on B2B environments. Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to generate reports and assist the sales team with various technology requests. You will engage current and future clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Sales development representatives will build and maintain a customer base and regularly follow up with them.
$50,000 base salary with 2% to 3% commission of all sales reps. No caps on commission.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
- Coordinate various industry tradeshows throughout the year and cultivate relationships.
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential customers and opportunities for growth.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Help plan and contact prospective and current clients for sales trips of the sales team.
- Engage in daily cold calling and direct sales efforts to expand market reach.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage territories effectively, ensuring all potential leads are pursued within assigned regions.
- Upsell additional products or services based on client needs and preferences.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business strategy.
Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales, with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing market data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Familiarity with Netsuite or other CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Consistency in high volumes of regular outbound calls.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
