Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate personnel while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain office supplies inventory along with manage the repairs on the copy machines.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required, including typing correspondence and reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document creation and management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office environment or as a receptionist is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.

- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly valued.
- Knowledge of front desk operations and multi-line phone systems is essential.

- Be able to lift up to 25 lbs, sit for long periods of time and bend over to do filing.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
