As a Nursing Home Biller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our billing processes, allowing our healthcare professionals to focus on providing exceptional patient care.
Nursing Home Biller Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and submit claims to various insurance providers and government agencies
Code and bill patient services according to established guidelines and regulations
Resolve billing discrepancies and appeals in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing and payment activities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and processing of billing information
Stay up-to-date with changes in billing regulations and policies, and implement changes as necessary
Nursing Home Biller Requirements:
Prior experience in nursing home billing required
Available to work in-person in our Woodcliff Lake, NJ office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHRs)
Must be available to work in-person in our Woodcliff Lake, NJ Office
