*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cook or Dishwasher. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing high-quality food service to our customers.
*Responsibilities*
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Assist in menu planning and meal preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are clean and sanitized
- Support the kitchen team in various food preparation tasks
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety guidelines
- Flexibility to work in both cooking and dishwashing roles
