My client is currently looking for a Sr. Project Manager for a remote project in Sacramento, CA.If awarded, this will be a 12 month contract with possible extension (up to 36 months). Duration: 12 months (possible 36 month extension)
Location: Sacramento, CA (Remote - Anywhere) - Plus if candidate resides near Sacramento, CA or in CA
Expected start: End of June
Project: FITSM project with DOJ
Pay Rate: C2C: 78/hr. (some flex if candidate exceeds requirements)
Must Have (No Exceptions):
Minimum bachelor’s-level degree
7+ years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
4+ years of that experience must have been as a Senior Project Manager of one or more large or complex IT projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
5+ years of experience developing and managing complex IT project schedules using Microsoft Project.
Experience managing a minimum of 3 IT projects through successful California PAL approval, with a value of at least $10 million each.
Extensive CA State experience is required!
