Ingersoll Auto is currently seeking a confident, outgoing professional to join our friendly service team. Automotive knowledge and experience are preferred but we are willing to train a motivated candidate.
Responsibilities:

Writing repair orders, capturing information, and checking for recalls and warranty coverage with different manufacturers.

Build accurate estimates using all data and our DMS (Tekion)

Move vehicles through the software process

Effective communication with all Team Members

Invoice / Bill repair orders
-
Code warranty claims
-
Assistance with moving vehicles around the lot and prep for technicians

Read and understand technical notes and make sure all information is on the invoice
Qualifications:
-
Clean driver's license and background check (we screen)

Attention to detail
-
Able to work independently and be productive as well as be a team player
-
Computer knowledge and the ability to type 30 words per minute

Familiar with using a calculator/adding machine
-
Competency to learn and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal mistakes

Required to learn warranty and Ingersoll Auto policies and procedures
Compensation:

Base pay plus both weekly and monthly variable bonuses
