Overview
At Suncoast Pest Management, we believe great customer service starts before a technician ever arrives. We are looking for an organized, friendly, detail-oriented Front Office Receptionist/Administrator who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping a busy office running efficiently.
This is more than answering phones. You'll be a key member of our team who helps coordinate technicians, communicates with customers, supports management, and keeps daily operations moving smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and confidently
- Schedule residential and commercial pest control services
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers
- Manage technician schedules throughout the day
- Monitor email and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
- Prepare proposals, invoices, and service documents
- Support management with administrative projects and reporting
- Maintain filing systems and digital records
- Coordinate communication between office staff and field technicians
- Assist with light accounting and office organization
- Keep the reception area professional and welcoming
- Learn our services well enough to confidently explain them to customers
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
- Professional both in person and over the phone
- Able to stay calm under pressure
- Quick to learn new software and procedures
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- A strong communicator with excellent grammar and writing skills
- Comfortable using computers throughout the day
Preferred Experience
Experience is preferred but not required in:
- Customer Service
- Reception
- Administrative Assistant
- Scheduling or Dispatching
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- CRM or scheduling software
- Pest control, home services, HVAC, plumbing, or similar industries
