Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards

Set up and maintain assigned kitchen stations for service

Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely ticket execution

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures

Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and kitchen cleanliness

Work collaboratively with chefs and front-of-house staff to create a seamless guest experience

Maintain a professional, positive attitude during high-volume service

1+ year of experience as a line cook in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred

Knowledge of kitchen operations, knife skills, and food safety standards

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
