Job Overview We are hiring for 2 locations or 1 floater to travel between Haymarket & Warrenton locations because this is the beauty industry here and Makeup nails nicely, manicure and professional attired required.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of stylists, guest service professionals, and assistants.
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Hold team members accountable to Studio B standards, policies, and guest experience expectations.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance coaching.
Salon Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
- Open and close the salon as needed.
- Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and maintained to luxury standards.
- Manage daily schedules and help optimize appointment flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering retail and backbar products.
- Ensure all sanitation, safety, and operational procedures are followed.
Guest Experience
- Deliver an exceptional luxury experience for every guest.
- Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Support the front desk with scheduling, check-in/check-out, and client communication during busy periods.
- Build lasting guest relationships that encourage retention and referrals.
Business Performance
- Monitor daily sales, retail performance, productivity, and salon goals.
- Coach the team on retail recommendations and guest retention.
- Help execute salon promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Review key performance metrics and work with leadership to improve results.
Administrative Duties
- Create and manage employee schedules.
- Assist with inventory counts and supply management.
- Maintain operational checklists and salon standards.
- Support ownership with reporting, team communication, and implementation of new systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or management experience in a salon, spa, hospitality, or luxury service environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to lead with professionalism, positivity, and accountability.
- Experience with salon software such as Phorest is a plus.
- Passion for the beauty industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Pay: $24.70 - $29.75 per hour
