About the Role
TWAN is expanding its network of trusted partners who help travelers discover our TWAN+ memberships, curated travel deals, and personalized planning services. As a Referral Partner, you play a key role in connecting individuals, families, groups, and businesses with the travel support they need — without handling bookings or customer service.
This role is ideal for influencers, community leaders, travel enthusiasts, or anyone with a strong network who wants to earn passive income by sharing TWAN+.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote TWAN+ memberships and travel services through your network, social media, events, or online platforms
- Share your unique referral link with potential travelers and organizations
- Educate prospects on the benefits of TWAN+ (Individual, Starter, Group, Corporate, Enterprise tiers)
- Identify and refer individuals, families, groups, or companies who would benefit from ongoing travel support
- Maintain a positive brand image and uphold TWAN’s customer‑first values
- Track referral activity and performance through your partner dashboard
- Collaborate with TWAN’s Partnerships Team for updates, promotions, and training opportunities
What You Don’t Do
- No booking travel
- No customer service
- No itinerary management
- No handling payments
TWAN handles all planning, support, and membership management — you simply refer.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Active online presence or community influence (preferred but not required)
- Ability to clearly explain TWAN+ benefits
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
- Professional, trustworthy, and aligned with TWAN’s mission to make travel easier for everyone
