Lily Healthcare is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Part-Time Business Development & Account Liaison to support the growth of Lily Healthcare in the Fox Valley and Green Bay area.
This position will focus on building and maintaining relationships with assisted living communities, independent living communities, memory care facilities, healthcare providers, and other community partners. The Account Liaison will introduce facilities to Lily Healthcare's services and explain how our team can provide convenient, coordinated healthcare to residents where they live.
Current services promoted through this position include:
- On-site visiting primary care provider services
- Palliative care services
- Laboratory services and on-site lab coordination
- Ongoing management of residents’ chronic and acute healthcare needs
The Account Liaison will meet with facility administrators, executive directors, directors of nursing, wellness directors, social workers, and other healthcare decision-makers. Responsibilities will include visiting prospective and existing facility partners, presenting Lily Healthcare’s services, following up on business opportunities, supporting new account on-boarding, and serving as a communication link between facilities and Lily Healthcare’s clinical and operational teams.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Developing new facility and community partnerships throughout the Fox Valley and Green Bay region
- Maintaining relationships with existing facility accounts
- Scheduling and conducting in-person meetings and presentations
- Identifying facilities that may benefit from regularly scheduled on-site provider services
- Educating facility staff about services, referrals, and patient onboarding
- Tracking facility visits, contacts, referrals, and follow-up activities
- Gathering feedback and helping address account-related concerns
- Attending local networking and senior healthcare events as appropriate
- Representing Lily Healthcare in a professional, ethical, and positive manner
As Lily Healthcare continues to grow, this position may eventually expand to include business development and community outreach for Lily Hospice.
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare business development, account management, community outreach, admissions, marketing, professional sales, or senior healthcare. Experience working with assisted living, memory care, primary care, palliative care, home health, or hospice is preferred.
Candidates should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, be comfortable meeting with healthcare leaders, and be able to work independently while maintaining consistent follow-up. Knowledge of the Fox Valley and Green Bay healthcare and senior-living communities is strongly preferred.
A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel locally throughout the Fox Valley and Green Bay region are required. This is a flexible, part-time position primarily scheduled during weekday business hours, with occasional early morning or evening meetings or events.
Pay: $30.00 - $47.00 per hour
